These are the questions I will guide and help you answer through my $199* Personalized Consultation Session. It is about 2 hours long. This session designed mostly for business owners who are just starting a brand new business.
For the $199* session, I will not cover lead generation strategies at all because your business is likely still trying to find its footing and still unsure on who is your target market.
From past clients who have booked this session, the feedback was that it was very valuable because of the clarity and depth it provides – especially for those who seem to keep hitting a wall on their marketing efforts.
During this session, I will help you find your best customers that will happily hand over their money to your business.
The “More Expensive” Consulting Session
Now for the $399* session (or the more expensive session), this is a tactical session that is designed to increase your sales almost immediately. During this session, I will cover lead generation strategies in great detail.
I will recommend the best traffic generation methods and online strategies that can easily boost your sales by an additional 10% – 30%. This is basically what a business development director will do.
Why do I charge such fees?
Well, I used to give this session for free.
And it resulted in certain people that took advantage of my advice who then decided to ask someone else (who is far cheaper) to execute my recommended marketing strategies.
And I saw the results for myself – when you see the company “suddenly” applying all the strategies I recommended.
In hindsight, I probably dodged some unsavoury clients with unsavoury values. That is ALWAYS a good thing.
But marketing is always in flux and your target customers will always have evolving tastes. At the same time, you will also face competitors that can always out-innovate you.
So I can honestly say, my marketing strategies will have an expiry date – if it’s not executed immediately.
- I used to have certifications in Google AdWords that I display proudly – but I realized that was not what my clients wanted. What they wanted was more leads.
- I used to be proud of high Click-Thru-Rates (CTR) rates in my ad campaigns – but I realized that was not what my clients wanted. What they wanted was more checkouts in their ecommerce store.
- I used to love showing huge amount of traffic and clicks on google analytics – but I realized that was not what my clients wanted. What they wanted was more sales and more revenue.
And that is why, I no longer offer free consultations.
Because I realized that my clients do not want a sales pitch as a preamble to the “consultation” – they want solutions.
I have lost the opportunity to “pitch” and “retain” to some relatively well-known companies because of this “no free consultations” endeavour. This was because I simply stated – I do not give “free quotations”.
And that is fine by me.
The main reason – it frees up a tremendous amount of time to continuously sharpen my knowledge and my skillset.
This also allows me to provide my highest value to existing clients.
